Fin-Nor Marquesa |
BE AMAZED: LIGHTER, STRONGER FASTER! Fin-Nor's Marquesa range has redefined what an overhead lever-drag reel can be for anglers who jig, cast, troll or bottom fish offshore. For example, the tiny MA12, about the size of a baitcaster, holds 248m of 50lb braid, retrieves 109cm per turn of the handle and its carbon-fibre drag is capable of 6kg at strike and cranks more than 10kg at full drag!
The MA30T is the biggest in the range; it holds 612m of 50lb braid, retrieves up to 130cm per turn of the handle, has a strike drag capability of more than 7kg and a maximum drag of 18kg.
All six reels in the range are examples of precision engineering. The bodies are made of the finest 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium, forged then machined. The MA12, 16, 20 and 30 have an open top design; the MA20T and 30T have a machined top bar and an adjustable ratchet clicker, so you can adjust the tension at free spool. That’s a great feature.
All models have a quick 6.1:1 gear ratio and a big ergonomic handle so you can crank them fast. Fin-Nor's Marquesa reels are lighter, faster and stronger than the competition, it’s no wonder they won the Best Reel category at the 2009 Australian Fishing Trade Association Awards. |

Fin-Nor Offshore |
NEW OFFSHORE OVERHEAD CASTING REEL! Fin-Nor's Offshore Stardrag reels are the ultimate casting tool for extreme offshore fishing. They have a drag system comprising 11 oversized discs of alternating carbon fibre and stainless steel capable of more than 10kg of pressure. These braid-friendly reels have big stainless steel main gears and a solid brass pinion gear. The stainless steel main shaft is fully supported, removing stress from the gear train for noticeably smoother winding under load. The tough build, strong drag, a 6.2:1 gear ratio and large line capacity are ready for whatever you cast at, whether it be billfish, trevally kingfish or tuna.

Fin-Nor Offshore Spin |
The Offshore spin series was introduced in 2006 and has proven popular among big-fish hunters who jig, cast, troll, cube and live bait. The no-nonsense workhorse design includes an aluminium body, side plate and rotor; machines stainless steel drive and pinion gear; fully supported stainless steel main shaft; four double-shielded stainless steel bearings; and an oversized multi-stacked Offshore drag system. We hope your arms are ready for what these reels can catch! |

Fin-Nor Offsore Levelwind |
OFFSHORE TROLLING WITH LEVELWIND & 15.9KG DRAG! Fin-Nor's Offshore Stardrag Levelwind reels are braid-friendly and have the same big stainless steel main gears and solid brass pinion gear as the Offshore Conventional Series, but with a levelwind, a powerful 4.3:1 gear ratio and 15.9kg drag capability. The stainless steel main shaft is fully supported, removing stress from the gear train for noticeably smoother winding under load. The continuous levelwind is designed for trolling deep waters for favourites such as billfish, tuna, Spanish mackerel and wahoo. |

Fin-Nor Rampage |
Rampage spin reels are great value and braid-friendly. All models have infinite anti-reverse. The lightweight graphite body is matched with a strong aluminium spool and all four ball bearings are stainless steel. Rampage reels have a sealed waterproof drag system and the drag surface area is large relative to each reel's size. The large spool is designed with a subtle V-shape for longer casts. These reels will be a hit with bait fishers and lure casters alike. The full size range ensures there is a Rampage suitable for your favourite fishing styles. |

Fin-Nor Santiago |
THE LATEST BIG-GAME REEL TECHNOLOGY! Fin-Nor big-game trolling reels played an integral part in the history of game fishing.
The new Santiago range stays true to that legacy but takes it to a new level with the latest in trolling reel strength and technology. An angler's bond with their new Fin-Nor Santiago starts with the custom report provided with every Fin-Nor Santiago, stating the individual serial number of each reel and the results of the individual performance test carried out by a Fin-Nor engineer.
On the water that bond between man and metal strengthens as the angler stares at the classic Fin-Nor gold anodised corrosion-resistant finish and starts appreciating the engineering excellence evident in the fully-machined one-piece aluminium frame and the forged aluminium spool.
When the line takes off and a Santiago's drag system gets to work, big, strong and smooth enough to fish IGFA-rated mono lines or the heaviest of braids, the multi-layer stainless steel and twin-carbon-fibre discs provide the control and power needed to tame the biggest fish. The skipper can back down as hard as he needs to: the drag's protected by an innovative water-tight, auto-aligning system. There's a low and high gear for the angler to react on instinct throughout the battle and, if any angler could ever sustain it, the SA80W is capable of 45.4kg at maximum drag.
Fin-Nor's understanding of big fish and how to fight them comes from a history of developing the equipment man needed to tame the ocean's beasts. That knowledge continues to grow, developing better and better technology, the likes of which are featured in every part within a Santiago. As we like to say at Fin-Nor: time passes, quality endures.
